This property is lenient i.e., it does not throw error
if values for both "connection string" and "host/port/.." are
provided. In this case, the individual properties will
override the correspoding part in the "connection string".
Usage:
- In tern.conf file:
[database]
conn_string = <URI or DSN>
- Through CLI:
tern [command] --conn-string <URI or DSN>
