This project is a responsive fitness website that provides information about fitness and contact details. The website is built using React and TypeScript, and uses TailwindCSS for styling. The animations and transitions are implemented using Frame-motion library. The website also uses the react-anchor-link library for smooth scrolling and react-hook-form for form handling. The icons are from the Hero Icons library.

1 Clone the repository to your local machine:
git clone https://github.com/your-username/fitness-website.git
- Install dependencies:
cd fitness-website
npm install
- Start the development server:
npm run dev
The website is responsive and can be viewed on any device. You can navigate to the different pages using the navigation menu at the top of the page. You can also fill out the contact form on the Contact page to send a message to the website owner.
