Using Spain's La Liga as an example.

I'm not an expert in Git so please review the commit Merge remote-tracking branch 'refs/remotes/jalapic/master' to be sure it won't mess anything up. I assume it's me bringing my old repo up-to-date but I'm not totally sure.

Thanks @aqsmith08 - I like the format of the csv. I've merged the commit. I'm at an R conference right now, but will add the England teamname variants to this in the same format. I may change some variable names etc. but I think this is great. Thanks for your help.
