g'day 👋

I'm James Bradbury. I'm a composer and creative coder.

🧠 I'm interested in:

  • Writing bespoke tools for creating digital sound art
  • Creating interactive and accessible websites
  • Teaching music, art, programming and how all of these things can be connected (if you want them to be)

🔭 My latest projects include:

  • FTIS | A command line tool for computer-aided composition based on working with sample-based materials and machine listening/learning.
  • ReaCoMa | ReaScripts that enable signal decomposition and machine listening in REAPER.
  • Working on my PhD
  • A collaborative web-based sequencer in collaboration with Mark Fell and Rian Treanor. WIP

🌱 I'd love to learn more about:

  • Web development best practices.
  • Machine learning and signal decomposition.
  • Knowledge building (currently interested in Dendron and use it everyday).
