Calendar updated (a lot of work since we had switched to the new design and
so I had to modify the conversion programs).

Email from Patti:

Hi Brian,
Is it possible to prioritize the free shows at NPS so they appear on the calendar before the club listings? They get a bit lost down there. Maybe the free shows at NPS, Shops & Distillery could be clumped together above the clubs?
Thanks

about not putting the free shows at the top. Where do you want them?
How about under Koerner Hall?

Easy to fix. I'll let you do it then you know what to do for another time. Simply:

  • Click on the venue and press Edit
  • At the bottom click the published tag
  • Click on Sticky at top of lists and it will "stick" to the top of the calendar.

sorry, I thought the "sticky" only worked with the regular (list) calendar. I will try that now.

hmmm, still need the ticketed shows (Koerner & Jane Mallet) to sow above the free stuff. Is there a way?

Which place are you talking about ?

  • The [DATE] button
  • The online calendar
  • The printable calendar

The sequence is this:

  1. Star Stage @ NPS
  2. Sticky venues, ordered alphabetically
  3. All other venues, alphabetical

Within 2.The only free shows above paid shows are the distillery district. Apart from that all the free shows happen to be at the bottom.
Is this a problem?

OK, I took sticky off distillery and we can live with that. B
