The code is just some basic data scrambling.

The missing 1984.tar.bz2 file is just a compressed copy of 1984.ogg file. The Orwell audio book.

For a temporary work around you can just create a replacement file with something like:

dd if=/dev/urandom of=1984.tar.bz2 bs=1M count=260
