Is possible translate Osara to other languages?

Hello.
I am a blind user of NVDA, and Reaper with Osara. Also, I am admin in a community in Spanish called accessible music production.
A person created and updated a language pack for translate Reaper to Spanish. Well, the users that use Reaper in Spanish can learn the translation of messages from Osara, for example. But is a good idea translate Osara to Spanish. I can contribute with the translation to Spanish with a friend called Mauricio Haro, also user.
I have experience translating an no official addon for NVDA using Poedit for the interface, but I can also learn new methods of translation.
Is possible contribute with translate Osara to other languages, in this case Spanish, and give maintenance?

Hi, I'm Mauricio Haro, the boy my friend Carlos refers to. We are willing to collaborate with the translation into our language, if possible, since we see it very neglected. I'm a writer, so well, we won't have a problem with writing in our own language.
