I have a project is using l10n and use a lib for support.

this lib allows detect your locale language and change language automatically

and also you can use www.transifex.com for translate.
and support file .properties

Hmm, there is already code that is supposed to detect your locale and change it: https://github.com/jdm/asknot/blob/master/foopy.js#L97

yes, it works when I select "es" language changed automatically but doesn't detect language from the browser.
