Hi,
could you tell me if everything works as expected when you use the example data provided with the tool?

Hi Elise, Excuse me for the late reply. I just tried to run the example data on my machine and it worked as expected. Which system are you running on?
Best, Jan |
Hi Jan,
Thanks for that advice! After updating PHOTON, my data and the example data both run without errors.
However, they both give the '-1' node that you mention on the page. Will the output work eventually if the server is down for now? Or is there something else I can do?
Thanks again,
Elise

Did you try updating PHOTON to most recent versions (there was a faulty version a few weeks ago). You can update PHOTON by running
docker pull jdrudolph/photon
Best, Jan

Dear Elise, |
When I try submit either a .csv or .txt file in the same format as the sample data using the browser, it gives:
"Internal Server Error: The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application."
Is there a way I can fix this?
Thanks.
