When I try submit either a .csv or .txt file in the same format as the sample data using the browser, it gives:

"Internal Server Error: The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there is an error in the application."

Is there a way I can fix this?

Thanks.

Hi,
could you tell me if everything works as expected when you use the example data provided with the tool?

Hi Elise,

Excuse me for the late reply. I just tried to run the example data on my machine and it worked as expected. Which system are you running on?
Did you try updating PHOTON to most recent versions (there was a faulty version a few weeks ago). You can update PHOTON by running

docker pull jdrudolph/photon

Best, Jan

Dear Elise,
thanks again for reporting the issue. I contacted the authors of ANAT which will hopefully resolve this issue. Please note that you can still download the results and inspect e.g. the signaling functionality scores which are calculated independent of any external tool.
Best, Jan
