Fix incorrect ordering on Oh My Zsh mise plugin setup code block

I found a tiny issue in the docs for using the Oh My Zsh mise plugin and I wanted to double check here if I should submit a PR. The code block for zsh in the autocompletion docs says:

# If you use oh-my-zsh, there is a `mise` plugin. Update your .zshrc file with:
# plugins=(... mise)
# This must be after `source $ZSH/oh-my-zsh.sh` line in your .zshrc file.

But I think it should be before not after. The default .zshrc file for Oh My Zsh (and the minimal template have the plugin list before the source $ZSH/oh-my-zsh.sh line.

Maybe we can just remove that comment. If Oh My Zsh already provides the order in the out-of-box .zshrc file, people shouldn't have to mess with the ordering.

I don't use oh my zsh, but I think you can open a PR for that
