Scroll on widget

I see lot of user complaints about scroll on widget, maybe we need to see how to deals with that (an option to disable scroll on widget, only H or W) ?

So the solution requires everyone to add the code in the personalisation ? I use webview in JeedomConnect and I have these lifts in 4.4.6
