SPM bakes the build machine's absolute resource bundle path into the
binary, and the generated accessor only checks the .app root (which
codesign rejects as unsealed content) plus that baked path - so
packaged apps crashed with a fatalError whenever a hotkey recorder was
created (Settings > General). package_app.sh now patches the baked
path to point at the bundle copy in Contents/Resources, padding with
path-safe slashes to keep the string length identical.
