v2.0.0 FCS

This major release introduces a lot of new features which allows much more tweaks and generic rules to generate an efficient configuration for snmp-export. Have a look at the snmp-export-cfg documentation for more details.

Incompatible changes wrt. v1.x:

• now a broken bar symbol (¦) is used to separate items in a list (instead of a solid bar aka pipe symbol (|) in 1.x) to avoid collisions with regular expressions
