Since the site is now live (yay!), we should consider removing the placeholder content or disabling their profiles/pages. The goal is to highlight one contributor at a time, so having existing placeholders may confuse that slightly.
I have removed the placeholder pages & image used, recognizing that the avatars were updated to be other butler images.
If there Is there any disagreement with this or any reason to keep the placeholders, it should be discussed here. Otherwise, if there is no opposition, we should go forward with removal.
