This PR makes the bitbucket-plugin to work against BitBucket server when the free plugin Post Webhooks for Bitbucket
For this enhancement to work, the plugin Post Webhooks for Bitbucket should be installed at BiBucket server side. Then, at job level, you should configure the Post-WebHook.
I will explain this on the wiki.
