Since this is the second PR for something like this, and I know there's many direct wiki links in Jenkins, it seems to me like this should be one massive PR changing all the links, rather than dozens of tiny ones. WDYT?

@daniel-beck I don't really want to sign up for that task, and doubt anybody else does either. I'm submitting PRs as I work on documentation for parts of Jenkins where I am noticing links.

Basically, I'm motivated enough to follow the Boy Scout Rule but not much more than that 😄
