Add PodTemplateGroup#addTemplate

While recently working on downstream consumers of PodTemplateGroup, I noticed that there is a not actually a PodTemplateGroup#addTemplate, though there is a KubernetesCloud#addTemplate... I think that it make more sense that this method be declared in PodTemplateGroup.
