IPython notebook for microbial ecology analysis in QIIME

This notebook is accompanied by three files:

1. a parameters file, parameters.txt
2. a test sequence file in fasta format; 16S rDNA sequences, amplified with 505F and 816R, quality trimmed, and "merged" this file contains a synthetic chimera SP1_1000000001-SP1_1000000005
3. a perl script that creates a list of OTU IDs in a biom table
