Adds --enable-debug flag for ./configure.
- Running ./configure --enable-debug=yes will generate a Makefile with appropriate -DKLS_DEBUG_CORE flags for the build.
Adds KLS_DEBUG_CORE preprocessor directives to enable logging of function calls.
