What's new in 1.3:

  • Interact with an ECU (Connect first, then double click "Init Contact" on the ECU)
  • Automatic variant detection
  • Query ECU for data, and receive properly formatted responses
  • Export CFF file data (unencrypted, uncompressed only)

Variant-coding is intentionally disabled since there is an active ECU connection (the write-command does not send anything), though if you are adventurous, the generated command can be manually copied/pasted into the J2534 console.

v1.3.2

v1.3.2 is a minor update on v1.3:

  • Allows text search on large VC fragments, requested here: #3 (comment)
  • Experimental CFF splicer to replace a CFF's payload with another binary: #1 (comment)
  • "Soft" Communication Params errors will still be allowed (e.g. CR4_NFZ), and will show a message in the console
