LaTeX environments inside tabular

For the following .tex document

running

pandoc --from=latex+raw_tex --to=native test.tex

gives

The RawBlock inside the table cell seems wrong: I would expect it to be the same as the RawBlock from the second theorem environment.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

Replacing the theorem environments with proof environments in the source file does not result in a discrepancy.

I am running Pandoc 3.1.12.1 on Windows.
