Broken as it is right now, need to repair structure of validation. Ideally this will be done by properly using the models. May also refactor the template to be less.... messy.
The config library has been relocated to https://github.com/project-faros/faros-config This PR should be considered ready to test and merge when the requirements.txt for installing it gets bumped to 1.0.0

Faros Config now lives in a separate [repository](https://github.com/project-faros/faros-config) in order to enable it to have its own release cycle and separate, dedicated CI and testing.
