Comments by Ana on Bohan's project:

After reading your abstract, I understand that you want to focus on two complementary topics. The first one related to theoretical models of corruption and the other one, mechanism to control corruption. Maybe it’s a good idea to divide the papers in these two main categories or, if it’s not possible to divide these topics, to highlight how the papers contribute more on one topic rather than the other.

I believe that it’s a good idea to have these subdivisions that you already created. Although I’m not very familiar with all these microeconomic modelling, I think that you can focus on how recent works add/improve previous research on the mentioned subdivisions, and to report the space that we have to improve or extent certain models.

Did you find any survey paper related to theoretical models of corruption? I think that it will worth to look and see if something similar was done and in what year. I found, for example, the following paper: Burguet, R., Ganuza, J. J., & Garcia Montalvo, J. (2016). The microeconomics of corruption. a review of thirty years of research.

Overall, I think that it is a very interesting approach since it will give you a very good perspective of what has already been developed in this area and where the studies related to the microeconomics of corruption are headed.
