- Fixes #419 - Disables Drush Behat Endpoint testing on Drupal 8/Drush 9 as it is not yet compatible. - Drops support for testing on PHP 5.5 as Drush 9.0 requires PHP 5.6 or later.

Drush 9 is now out, so this needs to happen even if we stop testing the drush behat endpoint until it is ported.
