second patch release including not-yet-released estimate table
This patch includes an not-yet-released estimate table with recently introduced PredPreyRatioMin / PredPreyRatioMax / AgeMin / AgeMax tables. This patch should be used in addition to the regular v0.2.1 release and succeeds v0.2.1-patch .

Include more tables
More fishbase/sealifebase tables are now included, see table_names.tsv for complete list of included tables.
Attached tsv.gz file caches were generated 19 Feb 2017.
Note that due to intermittent api outages (see ropensci/fishbaseapi#105) several tries were needed to incrementally generate the attached file caches. Also note that caches related to empty tables have been omitted.
