Fix #5

Since the data.stats.gov.cn site has switched to HTTPS, I corrected the base URL and disabled SSL verification, since I could not verify the certificate.

Additionally, the JSON response format has changed, introducing two new fields, moving the row and column descriptions further back. Before, they were located at index 2, however they are now located at index 4. Hence, selection with ret[[2]][[2]] did not work anymore, for example in:

I have now switched to named parameters that can easily be adjusted if the JSON format changes again in the future.
