In this contribution, I rewrote OmsPortalOrderServiceImpl.calcPerCouponAmount() so that it can fully amortize the discount and successfully solved the issue macrozheng#356. In addition, I also modified the lockStock method to solve problem macrozheng#353, specifically using redis's distributed lock for control processing to resolve conflicts when locking inventory.
