works but you need to use a method to either prevent the screen capture block or capture the video of the game with something that ignores the screen block, be creative and it'll be easy for you to do it.
(I edited the source to make it more customizable https://vgy.me/IqH5tt.png)

So how do I do this?

Unless you have a method to prevent or bypass the screen capture block, you shouldn't try it (if you don't want to try as well), but if you want to get it just watch the video in the readme.md, it shows how to compile. If you're talking about how I changed code just learn basic Kotlin syntax (similar with Java) and do whatever you want with the source as long as it's within the license.

Use a tool that either doesn't allow Overwatch to block the screen capture and/or when it blocks the screen capture make it work back or use a software that streams the video smoothly enough for you to capture that window (must be fullscreen and borderless) and then change code to capture that window https://vgy.me/wlzrBs.png
Don't ask me how to do the second part, it's easy enough that anyone with basic coding knowledge can do it..
