Issue with github oauth.

If you enable the oauth github and try to sign up using it, somehow it }} add this to callback url and the request fails.
for example:

Request URL:
https://example-domain.com/**_%7D%7D_**/callback/github?code=4321341413413tate=uryYINxG29Pddz-VbqnFFjadsfasadfsfssdffashJ_xPayreo

The: %7D%7D on url is }} that escaped from a template.
