Added release tagging
Helps create new ArgumentCompleter entries for a specified command
A parameter such as -L[A][H] will now be expanded to -L and -LAH. This solution still does not cover all permutations.
Improved support for MS-DOS style parameters. Added additional logic for edge cases.
The `Tail` data is not copied to all sibling parameters.
Added more thorough validation of parsed results for a subset of tests. Added test logic for param value parsing.
