Number of publications

Very nice package!

But I found some problems. I am doing
id <- "xLd8lNoAAAAJ&hl"
augusto <- get_profile(id)
get_publications(id)
get_num_articles(id)

The result is showing only 20 of my papers (not all of them). Am I doing something wrong?

Duplicate of #13. There's a fix for this in the development branch which will be included in the next release.
