GIL Python 3.14 installs keep cydifflib on the diff path
kash-shell now requires flexdoc[diff]>=0.4.1 and chopdiff>=0.4.1,<0.5. Token diffs still use cydifflib; it is no longer a default flexdoc dependency.
requires-python is >=3.11,<3.15 (GIL 3.14 is supported; free-threaded 3.14t is not). uv tool install / uvx should use --python 3.13 or a GIL 3.14 — uv python find 3.14 may resolve to 3.14t.
