• Startup no longer dies on mcp 2.x or a missing local recording: Fresh uv tool install could resolve mcp 2.x, which dropped StructuredContent and broke MCP warmup. mcp is now >=1.6.0,<2 in the published metadata. A stale file:// URL in the workspace (for example a deleted temp recording.mp4) no longer aborts xontrib load. Unexpected init errors install a fallback prompt instead of leaving unsubstituted xonsh template text.
