Allow users to change their own password and other fields

All osctrl-admin users should be able to change their own password and edit other fields such as fullname or email. The admins of osctrl-admin can edit the fullname and the email but not change password so that would be also be a good addition.

Just for context this is already possible but only using osctrl-cli.
