Minor package update and clean-up

• Fixed typo (leads to backwards incompatibility!). Change UID of the
  PhoneNumberPlugin from fomi_phonenumber to fobi_phonenumber.
  Update your database accordingly.
• Minor package updates/improvements (added wheels support, clean-up).
