Some extensions like buon dua, Junmeitu, Everia.club consists of NSFW galleries, and they don't use tags like NSFW, adult etc. So, lewd filter is not able to filter them out. One solution is to edit those entries manually (which is a very lengthy and long process if you add many enteries to library at once) and add lewd tag. Another is to add these extensions to lewd filter, but that is not a permanent solution as there are more NSFW extensions and there might be more in the future. So, I would like to propose batch tagging. How it will work:

1. Select a bunch of entries in library
2. Click the option called batch tag in bottom overflow menu of library while selecting.
3. This will allow the user to add tag(s) separated by comma to those entries at once.

Other details

I think this feature will be quite useful not only for lewd filter but overall. This will also solve all the problems of lewd filter not working etc..
