TransitVis is a visualizer for General Transit Feed Specification (GTFS) files which can be downloaded from GTFS Data Exchange.
The Makefile has a GTFS_DATASETS variable that you can populate with the names of the services you want to use. Those names must map directly to the names provided on the GTFS Data Exchange site.
