Memory Subsystem Optimizer

The following main files are included:

• memsim.py - The memory subsystem optimizer.
• memgen.py - Generate the HDL model for a memory subsystem.
• dump.py - A utility to communicate with the database.
• strip-trace.py - A tool to reduce the size of an address trace.
• get-freq.py - Get the resouce usage and frequecy of a memory model.
• get-baseline.py - Get the best single-level baseline cache.
