I found that that some apps are sometimes off by a few pixels upon restore. (X11 - xfce - arch linux)
I am able to manually fix these in the respective profile.json but when I save the layout again the changes get overwritten.
I'd like to be able to freeze an application similar to the way we can ignore an application.
This would solve the issue once and for all.
I would be able to freeze certain applications to their positions while position of "normal applications" still get saved if changed.
