normalization_method == 2 and func_interp != 2
they used to be appreciated in the default namespace although they are specific to sarSimCC
image IDs can now be passed via new parameter export_extra

this enables export of additional DEM and image products from function gamma.geocode. It also applies a more stringent naming scheme to all intermediate files created by that function and gives a more comprehensive documentation of their content.
