About Me

Hi,

I am a software Developer/Engineer and also an Engineering Manager.

When I started my career as a Software Engineer, my goal was to write code, solve problems, improve processes and share knowledge.

Now as an Engineering Manager, my focus is to manage, guide and coach engineers to be their best.

Technical Experience

On the technical side, these are the skills I believe where my expertise is:

  • C#, APIs and Performance
  • SQL Server Databases

I also have knowledge of or have worked with the following:

  • Front-End: Javascript, Angular, HTML,CSS
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, Octopus
  • Azure and Cloud systems
  • Docker and Containers
  • Servers and Network

The X-shaped individual refers to the type of person who is good at working in multiple areas. The term is used to directly refer to those employees who are excellent manager material. The multiple arms of the X represent a person with good interpersonal skills and can work with different people across different industries or areas of a company. They are then able to bring such different groups together (indicated by the cross-section of the X) so that they can collaborate effectively.
