Jasmin Web Service: Failed to determine user credentials: No such process #1087

Dear Friends,

Please help me on the below issue. I have successfully installed Jasmin SMS Gateway, PostgreSQL, redis and rabbitMQ server. But after installed all of then and working well, I have gone ahead to install jasmin web panel and also do all things carefully and follow the instruction of https://github.com/101t/jasmin-web-panel#installation. But found the below error

Nov 04 10:07:49 ubuntu systemd[3716]: jasmin-web.service: Failed at step USER spawning /opt/jasmin-web-panel/env/bin/gunicorn: No such process
Nov 04 10:07:49 ubuntu systemd[1]: jasmin-web.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=217/USER
Nov 04 10:07:49 ubuntu systemd[1]: jasmin-web.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
Nov 04 10:07:49 ubuntu systemd[1]: jasmin-web.service: Scheduled restart job, restart counter is at 1.
Nov 04 10:07:49 ubuntu systemd[1]: Stopped Jasmin Web Panel.
Nov 04 10:07:49 ubuntu systemd[1]: Started Jasmin Web Panel.

Please help me to solve the issue. I have attached screen shots of alla the supporting information.
