Change header and footer background colour gradient direction for RTL #88

Steps to reproduce the issue

Having an installation with the current development branch of this repository or the corresponding installation package (see PR #48 for details), change <rtl>0</rtl> to <rtl>1</rtl> in file language/en-GB/langmetadata.xml and reload the front page.

Expected result

Background gradient of header and footer changes direction, too.

Actual result

  • LTR:
    cassiopeia-header-ltr
  • RTL:
    cassiopeia-header-rtl

=> Search box button not really visible when RTL.
