Sample data: Update Texts in "Working on your site"

Steps to reproduce the issue

Install Sample data, read the text "Working on your site". The Text is not up to date, it is based on former joomla versions.

Help of a native speaker would be appreciated.

Actual result

One of the first things you will probably want to do is change the site title and tag line and to add a logo (what is a tag line?)

to totally change the look of your site you will probably want to install a new template. In the Extensions menu select Extensions Manager and then go to the Install tab (has changed in j4)

When you work with modules, articles or weblinks setting the Access level to Registered (replace weblinks by ?)

I am willing to help on this issue, would you care to give me some more directions on how to go about doing this?

@ohrionmartin You can make an installation and install sample data. Then you read the Article "Working on your site". You will see that the text is not quite up to date.
Then you can take the file adminitrator/languages/en-GB/plg_samledata_blog.ini, there the articles are stored as language strings.

These language stringes are already translated into all languages for Joomla. So every change in this file needs new translation! Therefore it is important to change not too much :)

@chmst Has solved #149 everything for this issue? Or is there something remaining? As far as I can see, not everything you mentioned in the description of this issue was handled ny the PR.

At the end, all sample data texts will need a review but we make small steps :)
