Moving all top level folders for models, views, controllers into src/ folders. Adding namespaces and correct naming of a few files. Everything that was in top level and is not needed is moved to oldstructure for reference until decided can be removed.
Cross links to quantities in Extensions table, recreates the look and feel of jed3 categories display. Still TODO: Update link once Category Extension written.
