Tab characters in listings are lost when the fragile option is used. This may be fixed by adding \beamer@makeinnocent\^^I% to the macro \beamer@verbatimreadframe in beamerbaseverbatim.sty. See http://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/220642/beamer-indenting-code-inside-a-frame for more details.
