Generates common templates of a C file.

Adds a function prototype to the c file
-b, --betty Runs the ALX SE betty style checker on the c file
-e, --edit Opens the file in vim text editor
-d DESC, --desc DESC Adds a description of the function prototype
--header HEADER The header file to include in the c file
--args Adds a standard argv, argc prototype of main
--void Adds a standard void prototype of main
Compiles and runs a c file.

files The C file/files to compile

-s, --strict Compiles with strict compiler flags
-r, --run Runs the program
-v, --val Runs the program inside a valgrind environment
--opts OPTS [OPTS ...]
Commandline options to add to the running program
--dir DIR Runs the program on each file in the provided directory
--out OUT The name of the output file after compilation
Sorts css style rules alphabetically.
Creates and opens an html file generated by running coverage
on a python file,
while testing with pytest.
Downloads and renames a file with wget
in one go.
