cannot publish rx extension as 0.3.9 hasn't been pushed to maven central

I have written a 'run the jdbc on background threads' JavaRX extension which needs scala 2.10. Yet the scala 2.10 version of prequel has not been pushed up to maven so I am having to fork your code. I want to depend on your code not copy it myself so please push to maven. Thanks!
