Added a new customers tab at the top nav, as well as a new contact index page.
This includes the database table as well.
Building up the customer quotes page.
Now adding in the customer id along with the other details.
Reorganized some existing mixins to the proper folder.

Not quite there, but this branch has grown stale and now includes some indexing fixes as well. I'll come back to this.
