Adds support for 18650 Li-Ion battery voltage monitoring specifically for T18_3.0 boards, see #51 for more details. This could easily support additional boards in the future by simply exposing the pin configuration in src/Settings.h rather than leaving at what I defaulted to pin 35 in the main sketch.
